Role Objective
Our client, a growing hotel, is looking for a friendly and customer-focused Waiter to join their team. If you’re passionate about delivering excellent service and creating memorable guest experiences, this is a great opportunity to be part of a welcoming and fast-paced hospitality environment.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Recommend menu items and promote daily specials where appropriate.
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-presented dining areas.
- Work closely with the kitchen and colleagues to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally and promptly.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Prepare bills and process payments accurately.
- Perform any other duties assigned
Job Specifications and Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field is an added advantage.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a busy, high-end restaurant or hotel.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in hotel or restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems or hotel management software.
